Next week marks my 30 day window until our trip to Florida. For people who are staying offsite (like myself) this means fast passes are open for booking! As I wont be staying onsite, I can’t take advantage of the 60 day fast pass window so this may mean that I wont get fast passes for some of the newer popular rides such as Flight of Passage and Slinky Dog Dash but fingers crossed that I manage to get at least one!
Some of the other Fast Passes that I’m hoping to get are for old favourites and rides that we weren’t able to get on when we visited two years ago:
Seven Dwarves mine train
Big Thunder Mountain
Pirates of the Caribbean
Frozen Ever After
Flight of Passage
Navi River Journey
Slinky Dog Dash
(I’m so sad that The Great Movie ride was closed because that would definitely be on my list).
Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon-
You can’t book fast passes for the water parks but I’m looking forward to trying some of the slides. What I’m most excited about is just getting into the lazy river and chilling out for the first time in ages!
Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure
There are also lots of new rides that have opened at Universal that I’m keen to try such as Kong and Race though New York starring Jimmy Fallon but I’m most excited to revisit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and get on the Escape from Gringotts ride.
So those are the fast passes that I’m keeping my fingers crossed for, If I don’t get some of them then I’ll probably book other rides earlier in the day and try again on the day that we are in the same park as that ride or just suck it up and queue.
From what I’ve heard, Flight of Passage is worth a 2 hour wait so I know that I’m going to get in line for it either way!
